**Fight Censorship on YouTube** State of Washington & State of Minnesota v. Trump Case Number 17-35105 AT AN extraordinary, phoned-in hearing on February 7th, three federal judges heard arguments in Washington v Trump, a fight over the legality and constitutionality of the 45th president’s order suspending America’s refugee programme and banning travel from seven Muslim-majority countries. The executive order, announced on January 27th, was halted on February 3rd when a federal district judge in Seattle, James Robart, issued a temporary restraining order against it in response to a complaint by the state of Washington (later joined by Minnesota) that the ban was causing irreparable harm to “employment, education, business, family relations and freedom to travel”. The Trump administration reacted with a series of angry tweets (including a dismissal of Mr Robart as a “so-called judge”) and asked the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco to reverse the judge’s decision and reinstate the travel restrictions. Only 96 hours elapsed between the order lifting the ban and the appeals court’s hearing to reconsider it, leading lawyers for Washington state and the Justice department to lament during the argument, which lasted more than an hour, that the proceedings were moving awfully fast. August Flentje, the attorney defending Mr Trump’s plans, had the rougher stint before the judges, William Canby, Richard Clifton and Michelle Friedland. Mr Flentje began by arguing that Mr Robart’s ruling had “upset” the “balance” the Trump administration had struck between “welcoming people into our country” and “making sure our country is secure”. That balancing is the task of the “political branches”, he said, not the courts. But when pressed repeatedly to cite evidence showing that the seven countries covered by the ban—Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen—posed an actual risk of terrorism to America, Mr Flentje had little to offer. Merely mentioning Obama administration judgments about the countries in 2015, one judge complained, is “pretty abstract”. Facing steady resistance from the panel, Mr Flentje said, late in his presentation, “I’m not sure I’m convincing the court”. He then switched to an apparent plan B, pleading with the judges to at least consider lifting Mr Robart’s restraining order with regard to “people who have never been to the US”. Washington state’s arguments, Mr Flentje said, were premised on harms imposed on lawful permanent residents of the United States. But their case, Mr Trump’s lawyer insisted, provides no good reason to give every foreign national from those seven countries free rein to fly to America. BAM! Special Counsel to Lead Probe Into Obama Admin Obstruction of Justic James Comey, the FBI director who managed to alienate and infuriate both Republicans and Democrats during his tenure before being fired by President Trump, proved one thing in his testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee last week.Comey is all about… Comey. After weeks of breathless anticipation and build-up worthy of a top-flight public relations firm, Comey failed to deliver the expected coup de grace that would seal the fate of President Trump, revealing nothing of substance for use by the Democrats in their quest to bring down the president. Instead, Comey detailed how various situations affected what seems to be his rather delicate stomach. Rather than offending his sensibilities, angering him, even outraging him, interactions with his superiors made him “queasy” or “mildly nauseous.”The latest example was his June 9 testimony before the Senate committee when he not only failed to provide evidence to indict Trump, but instead raised questions about his previous boss, Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Seated before the Senate Committee, Comey – for reasons known only to himself – made several damning revelations that have now led to an investigation of Lynch, specifically her involvement in the investigation surrounding Hillary Clinton’s secret, private email server. Lynch can thank Comey for that, as he dropped the bombshell during his testimony that Lynch had asked him to refer to the FBI investigation as only “a matter,” in keeping with the Clinton campaign’s attempt to downplay the seriousness of the email probe. For his part, Comey complied, although it affected his tummy, again, making him “queasy.” The Senate Committee, headed by Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, will now have the opportunity to ask Comey about other instances of Lynch’s interference with the Clinton investigation, including immunity deals for Huma Abedin and other aides, destruction of evidence, failure to empanel a grand jury and, of course, the famous tarmac meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton just days before Hillary’s interview with the FBI.Grassley may also want to ask Comey why he didn’t attend that interview or order that it be transcribed or at least recorded. The answers to those questions may well determine whether Lynch, the Obama administration and Hillary herself will finally be held accountable for their actions in truly obstructing justice.

A security fence had been set up on the sidewalk. The group was told that the entire 26th floor had been evacuated at 4:00, making the 4:30 appointment null and void. The purpose of the meeting was to deliver a letter with 750 plus signatures asking the British Government to observe their own laws prohibiting political extradition in the case of Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange. Various news sources have claimed that the proposed extradition is being pushed by the United States so that once Assange is in Sweden, the US can grab him for rendition or for trial with possible death penalty. Other reports , Reuters . Apparently the fear of this letter provoked the over-reactive security response by the Counsel and the building management. The letter with signatures will personally delivered at some future time without advance appointment. Meanwhile, in Washington, DC, a copy of the Minnesota letter was delivered directly to the British Embassy 2:00 PM Washington time on Monday afternoon.

You just can't believe everything that liberal media says. Subscribe us now to get the REAL NEWS everyday. Click Here To Subscribe: https://goo.gl/Jak4Sa Since before Donald Trump was elected, the prospect that he could win the presidency sent liberals into desperation mode to maintain their tightly-held power and hide their deep secrets which could compromise it. Now that he’s in office, the death toll seems to be on the rise of people who knew too much and were willing to tell, which could destroy the left’s political agenda and land certain people in prison. Trump isn’t one to let lies slide so with the ramifications of one exposing them were all too real for some seedy people in Washington, D.C. Despite their trying, the left can’t impeach or assassinate the president, so other people are dying instead, in particular, one person who had just spoken to the Wall Street Journal just ten days before his body was found in a Minnesota hotel room with an odd note next to him. It has become a little too coincidental that anyone with information about Hillary Clinton seems to suffer a sudden death not long after talking about it. Over the last few years, the bodies have piled up around the Clintons with people who had damning secrets of Hillary’s that she’s been desperate to hide. Peter W Smith was one such unfortunate Republican operative who was found dead of supposed “suicide” in his hotel room exactly ten days after telling the Wall Street Journal that he was trying to obtain Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russian hacker. However, that’s not all that seems strange in this case.Police investigating the scene in which Smith was reported to have died at 1:17 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, found an apparent suicide note which offered an apology to authorities. “NO FOUL PLAY WHATSOEVER,” the note said regarding his death. He explained in the short, written message that he was taking his own life due to a “RECENT BAD TURN IN HEALTH SINCE JANUARY, 2017” and the timing of that diagnosis related “TO LIFE INSURANCE OF $5 MILLION EXPIRING.” One day before Smith’s body was found, he was seen in the hotel’s business center printing off documents and told an employee that the following day would be his last of his extended stay in the hotel. The Mayo Clinic where he had been said to be receiving treatment would not confirm if he was a patient there or provide any information on his condition, citing medical privacy laws. Authorities report that Smith was found with a bag over his head and a source of helium to it. What else is known, is his deep connection to the Clintons and extensive history of finding unflattering information on rival candidates to get a political edge on them. “For years, former Democratic President Bill Clinton was Smith’s target. The wealthy businessman had a hand in exposing the “Troopergate” allegations about Bill Clinton’s sex life. And he discussed financing a probe of a 1969 trip Bill Clinton took while in college to the Soviet Union, according to Salon magazine,” Chicago Tribune reported. “Investigations into possible links between the Russian government and people associated with Trump’s presidential campaign are underway in Congress and by former FBI chief Robert Mueller. He is acting as a special counsel for the Department of Justice. Mueller spokesman Peter Carr declined to comment on the Journal’s stories on Smith or his death. Washington attorney Robert Kelner, who represents Flynn, had no comment Thursday.” The medical examiner referred to Smith’s manner of death as “unusual” but said it’s not the first time he’s seen it either. While this could have certainly been suicide, it could have also been set up to look that way, considering he had a career in digging up dirt on the Clintons and other Democratic candidates. Dead men don’t talk and Smith has now been added to the long list of strange tragedies surrounding inconvenient scandals.
