BAM! Special Counsel to Lead Probe Into Obama Admin Obstruction of Justic James Comey, the FBI director who managed to alienate and infuriate both Republicans and Democrats during his tenure before being fired by President Trump, proved one thing in his testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee last week.Comey is all about… Comey. After weeks of breathless anticipation and build-up worthy of a top-flight public relations firm, Comey failed to deliver the expected coup de grace that would seal the fate of President Trump, revealing nothing of substance for use by the Democrats in their quest to bring down the president. Instead, Comey detailed how various situations affected what seems to be his rather delicate stomach. Rather than offending his sensibilities, angering him, even outraging him, interactions with his superiors made him “queasy” or “mildly nauseous.”The latest example was his June 9 testimony before the Senate committee when he not only failed to provide evidence to indict Trump, but instead raised questions about his previous boss, Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Seated before the Senate Committee, Comey – for reasons known only to himself – made several damning revelations that have now led to an investigation of Lynch, specifically her involvement in the investigation surrounding Hillary Clinton’s secret, private email server. Lynch can thank Comey for that, as he dropped the bombshell during his testimony that Lynch had asked him to refer to the FBI investigation as only “a matter,” in keeping with the Clinton campaign’s attempt to downplay the seriousness of the email probe. For his part, Comey complied, although it affected his tummy, again, making him “queasy.” The Senate Committee, headed by Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, will now have the opportunity to ask Comey about other instances of Lynch’s interference with the Clinton investigation, including immunity deals for Huma Abedin and other aides, destruction of evidence, failure to empanel a grand jury and, of course, the famous tarmac meeting between Lynch and Bill Clinton just days before Hillary’s interview with the FBI.Grassley may also want to ask Comey why he didn’t attend that interview or order that it be transcribed or at least recorded. The answers to those questions may well determine whether Lynch, the Obama administration and Hillary herself will finally be held accountable for their actions in truly obstructing justice.

I confronted the Scottsdale city council 25 February 2014 and asked for evidence. They declined to answer. Can we be surprised though? Procedure will always be used to cover up a lack of evidence. A brief history for those not following updates on the radio show: Just like those in Tempe, I've been investigating the politicians in Scottsdale, it's the same racket. I asked the media cops for evidence, and predictably they could not answer, though Mark Clark did wish me well on my "quest." I asked to speak to with the assistant chiefs and chief, and was given a run around. They lied to me saying I had to go through internal affairs. I have been emailing the mayor and council for a couple of months and have not gotten a responsive answer. Though I did get this: "Dear Mr. Stevens, "Mayor Lane wonders if you can produce evidence that the City does not have jurisdiction over you? There are fairly straight forward answers to your questions...in part, the issue of "jurisdiction" only arises in the context of the courts seeking to exercise authority over an individual, so there is no free-floating jurisdiction, but rather it is determined based on the facts giving rise to a particular governmental action. "Mayor Lane is not interested in debating this with you and won't respond again. Perhaps you should speak to a lawyer or a law student to discuss in further detail the merits of your argument. "Best of luck, Rachel Smetana, Management Assistant to the Mayor." This prompted a response from J.P. Twist, the mayor's Chief of Staff: "What was the reason for you being so harsh? What did this guy to do you/mayor?" Rachel apologized but she did not even try to set up a meeting with Mr. Lane or try to get an answer to the question. I spoke with Rachel on the phone 12 Feb. 2014. She was hostile and even though I introduced myself as a journalist investigating how those called the "city" do business, she questioned my motives. She said she didn't understand why I was focused on Scottsdale, I didn't live in Scottsdale and I was not asking about an incident personal to me. I won't lie, I was pretty put off by this evasion to a simple question. So I asked if I had to be living in the Philippines and personally damaged by the storm to then be able to investigate. She saw the logic, but I was not getting any time with Mr. Lane. I even changed my question and removed the offending word "jurisdiction" and they still won't answer. This is the last email I sent them: "I asked a question, what in my email led you to believe I was looking to debate or argue? Also, jurisdiction is not limited to the courts, if you believe the constitution and laws apply to me just because I am physically in Scottsdale, then that's an issue of jurisdiction. But, as a journalist I'm used to such tactics, so I will remove the word so we can get closer to an answer. "What evidence if any, does the mayor and council rely on to prove the constitution and laws of the state (including Scottsdale city ordinances/laws/regulations) apply to me just because I am physically in Scottsdale?" On 25 Feb. 2014, since I was at city hall early, I would try to speak with the city attorney and manager again. Mr. Washburn, the city attorney, refuses to speak to me. His secretary could not give me a reason. But, Fritz Behring, the manager did speak with me. Unfortunately, even though I thought I was getting an audio recording (with permission) there was an empty file on the phone. When asked for evidence the constitution and law apply to me, he was honest and said: "I don't know." Fritz did evade the question: "If I did business in the same manner as you guys, the government, and forced the community to pay me, would you consider me a criminal?" He tried to make a distinction between private people and government, so he's implying I am a criminal because I'm not called government. I pointed out that the government is just men and women like himself, no different than me. I even asked if they were somehow different from me, endowed by god with special powers to do what I can't, and he denied that. But he would not come out and directly answer that he'd consider me a criminal if I did business like he does. Fritz then claimed they (government) had the constitution and laws, that the community had agreed to them. I had to point out he had already agreed that all support (taxation) is compulsory, so there is no evidence the community agreed to anything. There's not much to say about my three minutes before the council, it's all on video below. I've already followed up with them and continue to ask for evidence. I'm working on getting this issue on their agenda so I can ask questions and expect an answer. Last, I'm also waiting for a copy of the insurance policy from risk management. http://marcstevens.net

Minneapolis, Minnesota, February 7, 2011. A small group of peace activists from WAMM (Women Against Military Madness) had an appointment at 4:30 with the British Honorary Counsel at US Bancorp Center, 800 on The Mall. The appointment had been reconfirmed several times. When the group arrived at the building they were met by 12 - 15 police and security guards barring entry to the building. A security fence had been set up on the sidewalk. The group was told that the entire 26th floor had been evacuated at 4:00, making the 4:30 appointment null and void. The purpose of the meeting was to deliver a letter with 750 plus signatures asking the British Government to observe their own laws prohibiting political extradition in the case of Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange. Various news sources have claimed that the proposed extradition is being pushed by the United States so that once Assange is in Sweden, the US can grab him for rendition or for trial with possible death penalty. Other reports , Reuters . Apparently the fear of this letter provoked the over-reactive security response by the Counsel and the building management. The letter with signatures will personally delivered at some future time without advance appointment. Meanwhile, in Washington, DC, a copy of the Minnesota letter was delivered directly to the British Embassy 2:00 PM Washington time on Monday afternoon.

Termination Meeting Employer Employee Employer Written Employment Agreement Included in Contract Understanding the Human and Business Sides of Employee Termination Employment and Labor Law Attorney MN | Employment and Labor Law Lawyers Minneapolis Minnesota | http://www.reellawyers.com/minnesota/minneapolis-employment-law-attorneys/stacey-dekalb/considered-termination-meeting-employer-employee/ | Lommen Abdo | (612) 336-9310 | stacey@lommen.com In conducting a termination meeting between an employer and employee, I think it's essential that the employer engage in a lot of planning. While frequently these meetings are very short, nonetheless, I think it's important for the employer to script out in advance what will be said. I think that it needs to be done in a respectful but firm manner in order to convey that the employment relationship is ending. Frequently the employee will want to ask many, many questions about why he or she was terminated or selected, and it's really not helpful at that stage to engage in a protracted discussion about that, and I encourage employers to simply say something like, "I'm sorry. The decision has been made. There's really nothing further to discuss with respect to the end of your employment." If a separation agreement is being offered, I think it's good to highlight the key provisions and then let the individual know who to contact when there are further questions. Quite frankly, it's a very emotional thing to lose your job, and so the employee who's being terminated frequently is not in a position to really hear everything that's being said. So, you just want to highlight the agreement and then let them know who they can contact with respect to the separation. It's also important to consider whether or not the individual is likely to get emotional and whether there are any security concerns. You have to evaluate what property the individual has access to. In some cases it's appropriate for I.T. to be contemporaneously shutting off the person's access to the computer system so that they don't return to their office and delete important files. And lastly, I think it's important to determine how to best allow the person to depart and collect personal items in a way that allows them to retain their dignity and respect. On January 26, 2017, Thomas More Society attorney argued before the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, on behalf of a mother whose minor son was given transgender services without her knowledge or consent. Special Counsel Erick Kaardal presented the arguments in Anmarie Calgaro’s lawsuit against St. Louis County and other agencies for usurping her parental rights over her minor son, providing him with transgender services and narcotic drugs. The youth was handled by the defendants as an emancipated minor despite no court action to that effect. According to her suit, Minnesota law provides Calgaro no recourse to challenge the emancipation status, which is a violation of her rights as guaranteed under the United States Constitution. Kaardal argued that the school district, county, and medical agencies in Minnesota did not provide notice or hearing to Calgaro prior to terminating her parental rights over her minor child. He noted that this would have been required in marital dissolution, paternity, or child protection situations, and asked, “Why is it not required in emancipation?” Kaardal charged these service providers with stepping into a governmental role but not providing parental due process, thereby creating a constitutional concern. Calgaro’s lawsuit charges St. Louis County, St. Louis County Public Health and Human Services Director, Fairview Health Services, Park Nicollet Health Services, St. Louis County School District, Principal of the Cherry School, and her minor son with repeated circumvention of her parental rights. In June 2015, the boy was advised that he was emancipated, despite no court order or legal action to terminate his mother’s parental rights. He was then provided with medical treatment for a sex change from male to female and also prescribed narcotics. The school district has classified the boy as an adult with exclusive rights to information and decision-making and denied Calgaro access to his educational records or any legal authority to affect his educational decision-making. Kaardal commented, “Ms. Calgaro is living a parent’s worst nightmare. Her son has, while a minor, been steered through a life-changing, permanent body-altering process by organizations that have no reason to have his best interests in mind.” He explained, “With no parental involvement, this child has become a pawn in someone else’s agenda, influenced by those who have no right to make decisions over his life and well-being. These institutions have no right, legally or morally, to usurp the place of a parent.”
